Interesting (but painful) sounds made with a zoom h2 (front mics, low gain) connected to a laptop via usb. The signal was piped to old creative sbs250 spekers with 16ms of latency (i'm using jack audio connection kit and linux). That's how my feedback loop came into existance. I turned up the volume and started to move the mics around, geting a lot of different sounds ranginf from simple tones to strange lfoish sounds. The sound touches 0db one times, but is rather undistorted (at least digitally). Recorded with audacity @ 48khz/16-bit and saved as flac.

Short win result simple sound.

First attempt at recording with audacity and my new keyboard. All sounds are bone-stock from the mx49. I've only added a little reverb in one 15-second section of the piece. I didn't intend to do anything in particular, just checking out sounds on the keys and getting familiar with audacity. I think of it as a 21st century version of the beatles "revolution 9". Recording of a fireplace where some wood is burning, the wood is not much dry so the sound is crunchy. I recorded few takes and edit and mixed them to get the right sound. Recorded using a stereo pair (ab) connected to an apogee mini-me and a computer.

I recorded these sounds in three different offices. This is the result of them mixed, because i had an order for a sound like that for a film that was a scene of a noisy office as well, because it had many people working together. The recording was very good, was originally obtained on a machine with 8 channels of 8 large diaphragm microphones positioned to cover all recording environments. -----------------------gravei esses sons em tres escritórios diferentes. Este é o resultado deles mixados , porque eu tinha uma encomenda de um som assim para um filme que a cena era de um escritório bem barulhento, porque nela haviam muitas pessoas trabalhando juntas. A gravação ficou muito boa, originalmente foi obtida em uma maquina de 8 canais com 8 microfones de diafragma grande posicionados de forma a cobrir todo os ambientes a gravar.
